YrAudio (iTunes link )  provides computer generated speech forecast for areas in Norway:

Selecting one area will download a computer generated speech version of the current forecast for this area.  The forecast covers the first two days, the coming day and the rest of the week.  The quality of the speech is quite simple, but sufficient.

These forecast are also available from yr.no as podcasts, but this app gives a simpler interface and only downloads the forecasts when the user wants them. And it is simpler to listen to forecasts from different areas.

The available areas are :

    Akershus, Oslo, Vestfold, Østfold, Buskerud, Oppland,

    Vest-Agder, Aust-Agder, Hedmark, Hordaland, Sogn og Fjordane,

    Telemark, Møre og Romsdal, Sør-Trøndelag, Nord-Trøndelag,

    Troms, Nordland, Finnmark, Rogaland, Spitsbergen,

    Langfjella nord for Finse, Langfjella mellom Finse og Haukeli,

    Langfjella sør for Haukeli,

    Fjellstrøkene Dovrefjell-Svenskegrensa, Fjellstrøkene Trollheimen-Jotunheimen,

    Fjellstrøkene Trollheimen-Strynefjellet, Jotunheimen, Rondane.

Not all areas are available as separate forecast at all times.

So only forecast for Norway and in Norwegian.  

This app is quite trivial but functional, and is therefore provided for free.
